Sharing 'sales' Emails between users

Hi There,
We are running SBS2003 exchange 03 email. Clients Outlook 2003

Is it possible to share emails destined to sales, etc between users. What we
would like to achieve is that everyone can see sales emails and also see if
they have been responed to
