Hello,

In our company, two people are working on the same project using Visio 2003.
We would both like to be able to use (not edit) the same stencilsl, but when
one of us saves a shape on that stencil, the other one has to close the
stencil first.
Is there a way to avoid this, or is there another way to work on a project
together ?
Thanks,
Arnold

You say you are not editing the stencil, but 'one of us saves a shape
on that stencil'. Sounds like editing to me.
Confusing.

What I mean is that we do not edit the stencils at the same time. One of us
could save a shape on a stencil an than of course we do edit that stencil,
but never at the same time. So the question is: Is there a way that one of
us edits a stencil, while the other one can continue reading it.
