Yes, but it would probably be better to use a public folder for the shared calendars as the others will need to add her mailbox to their profile.

Our secretary has an XP sp2 Machine running Outlook (Office 2003) on an exchange server. She would like to leave her primary calendar as private. She wants to set up several secondary calendars to be shared with various committees. The secondary calendars will be set to view only. Viewers must be able to see only the calendars to which they are assigned.
Can this be done in Outlook 2003?
