Sharing views for timesheets and status reports

I have a PM that wants an assitant to be able to view resources timesheets
and status reports. I know of no way for multiple people to view timesheet
data. Is there a way that I am missing? For status reports, the only way I
know is to cc the assistant on the report. Are there other options?

Hi jem,

The cc within the status report is the only way how to receive the status
report as you have dicovered it already.

Timesheet is also a difficult one. The only other way a person can look at
the time which have been entered by a user is under RESOURCE > Adjust
Actuals. Otherwise there is not other way that you can see the information.

From the Resource Center, Click on the View Resource Assignments link.
Select the resources and viola, you can view the timesheet data.
