Sharing Views

In my company we all have MSP on our 'C' drives. I have developed a
"standard" for programming including a set of views, macros, calendars etc ..
and have been asked to issue this to all users (200+). I understand that when
you save to the global file it saves views etc.. and that you can then use
those views in new projects. How can I do this throughout my company. Also I
have put some action buttons in my toolbar which access macros, can I send
these to other people ?

Regards

Hi Andrew,

Each one can use the Organizer to transfer the views, etc, to thier own
project. However, wouldn't it be better to create a template project with
all the settings, then get everyone to use this when creating a new project?
With the number of useres you quote, I wonder if you're using Project
Server? If so, try posting on the microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup.

Thank You for your help and information. I guess I could do any of the
suggestions, I am unfamiliar with project server, so I will stick with the
other two suggestions. Again thank You

Andrew
