Sheduled meetings show up at different times in attendees calendar

When a meeting is scheduled and then accepted, it shows up at different times
in the attendees' calendars. For example, a meeting is scheduled for 10 AM
and it shows up as 10 AM for some of the attendees and as 9 AM for other
attendees. How can this be fixed?
