If you looking to use this on an ongoing basis where you
might want to hold the data in a flat file / record format
and use a viewable - printable format along the lines of
what you want, I would suggest setting up a sheet that
would allow you to put in a value such as a customer
number and then allow search and indexing to pull in the
rest of the values.
If your looking at it for a one time conversion you could
still use the search and indexing to concatenate values
from the pre-existing sheet.
Either way you would assign the formula to the range of
cells you want the data in and pull indexing information
in from a cell that isolates the existance of the customer
number with in a data range.
