Sheet Tab Font Size

I'm working on someone's laptop with Excel 97. The font
on the tab sheets are so small, he cannot see them.
Any suggestions?

It's a windows setting I believe, right click desktop and select properties,
Then Appearance,then it is depending on the OS, Win98 I believe it is
Appearance>Item>Scrollbar
In XP it is

Appearance>Advanced>Item>Scrollbar

and change the size there

Of course this will affect all windows programs
