Shell parameters and Java

I have a Java program that I have to run from DOS. I have tried a Shell
command but get a 'File Not Found' error. I think the problem is that my Java
program file (java FileList) uses parameters (C:\ export.csv) after the file
executable and I am not separating the two. Here is my code:

Shell ("X:\Archive_Seaport\Database\Program Files\java FileList C:\
export.csv")

Of course, if there is a non DOS method to execute the same command then I
will happily take that as well. (All of this crazy cross-code breeding was
borne out of the need to DIR some 30,000 PDFs on our network.)
