Shell to Open db then open form

Hi all. I'm using the shell function to open another
access db. The shell function works fine, however I would
like to open a specific form in the opened db rather then
the default startup form. (The reason I'm using shell is
so that I can join a workgroup in the command line.)
Anyway, I tried using an application object to open the
form, but that does not work b/c I believe the shell
operation overrides that.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
