Shell wait for child to load

Ihave a program I need to open. However it gois though the first part and
loads then it opens the second part. How do I get the shell to wait a certina
amount of time before it loads the child part..say 20 seconds?

"c:\program
files\netinst\niinst32.exe",/Execute:{189NBGT09-4BCA-4311-9C3E-F98C07765UJJL9876} /install

I want it to load the first part up till the ,/execute(I alreday got that
part to work) this is where I need it to wait for 20 seconds the load the
send half of the parth (from ,/execute on)
