Shift key long press

Hi all,
I seem to have pressed down on the shift key for more
than 8 seconds, up popped a screen, where I think I
pressed yes, now my screen has frozen. Any solutions??

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Accessibility Options. Do you have
these enabled, especially FilterKeys?
