I would assume that if you have multiple users using your database
applicaiton that you are using the Split front-end/backend method as
reccommened by Microsoft when using an Access database with muptiple users.
If this is the case, you can actually have two versions of your front-end
file. One would have the use of the Shift Key disabled when opening the
front-end file and the other would not. Other wise, it depends on how your
database is set up as to how to manage a specific group of users.
