shiftworkers and calendar tips

Does anyone have experience helping Shift Workers use the Calendar? The
local cheese factory runs 2 shifts and their managers are constantly invited
to meetings at the wrong time. Individuals change shifts every 2 weeks (and
occasionally at other times).

Thanks in advance.

Outlook doesn't handle shifts well... try having them create busy or out of
office appointments when they are off.

Thanks Diane - I hadn't seen anything about shifts before. What we had
already tried was blocking a 2 week long Event, recurring. That works if
they stick to the 2 weeks day shift, 2 weeks night shift. When they change
slightly, it all goes out of whack!
