Shooting Blanks?

After further research, this problems seems to be ALL over Outlook message boards everywhere...with no fix..at least that I've found. Have any of you MVP's come across something for this:

Since installing Outlook 2003, most of my sent emails now show nothing but blank text. These were originally in Outlook XP. I removed Outlook XP from my computer and installed a clean copy of Office 2003 Standard. This problem definitely occurred since 2003 went in and not before.

Obviously tons of other people have been reporting similar problems. Any fixes or ideas yet?
