Can I add a shopping cart to a web page using microsoft front page, or is
there additional software that I will need to purchase?

Can anyone offer me any advise?

You will need a SSL and shopping cart software supported by your host OS

Some hosting companies, provide a simple 25 item cart free with their
hosting package, a more robust cart for a few dollars per month. See
