short cut bar

i have tried to activate the ms office shortcut bar by
looking in the microsoft office tools under the programs
menu,like it said to in help, it wasnt there. Any help
would be appreciated

The Office Shortcut Bar is an optional installation. Go to Add/Remove
programs and select Microsoft Office. It is under the Office Tools.
