short cut bar

After upgraded to Office 2003 the Office Short Cut bar is
gone...does anyone know if I can take the file from
Office XP and use it, if so, would anyone know what file
I would need to install?

It would not be a single file. Run a custom setup of Office XP and ONLY
select the Shortcut bar.
