Short Cut & Secured Work Group ID

I have my DB on a shared network drive along with the
Secured.mdw file (I did this to test that everyone has
access to the Work Group ID file). I want the Users I've
set up in the DB to have my secured Wrk Group open when
they open the database. I've read the Running Access 2000
book which says to create a "Short Cut" when you have a
secured DB so user can easily access it, and you can add a
cammand line for which you can point to the needed Work
Group file. My problem is I can't figure out how to enter
the path so it works i.e. Do I list the Access.exe path
first? Database name secound? Work Group file third? If
Someone can give me a fake sample of what it should look
like I would really appreciate it. I've tried everything.
Book say's to use and space and enclose in "_" which I
have been doing.

For the properties of the shortcut, here's what I have --

Start In:
"\\Ois5500x3\NUTPLUS\Lieutenant and Captain Testing
Project\LADOC Lieut and Capt Testing Database.mdb"

For the target:
"\\Ois5500x3\NUTPLUS\Lieutenant and Captain Testing
Project"


Where OIS5500x3 is server
NUTPLUS is file, Lt and Cpt Testing Proj is file
LADOC Lieut and capt testing db.mdb is the database
