Short cut to block senders in Outlook

I see the "easy" way to block senders, which is to right click, then scroll
down to junk mail then move down one to block the sender.

But with a LOT of junk mail getting through, it is really silly to have to
block these idiots one at at time. It would be nice to be able to highlight
multiple messages using the CTRL button, or even just sorting them as they
often use similar enough subject lines, and then right click and block the
whole lot of them. It would save a LOT of time.

have you tried setting up a rule that deletes all mail EXCEPT from senders
in your address book?

That is too strict. I hand out my business card and want people not in my
address book to be able to contact me. Or friends of people in my address
book may share my email, which is fine.

That's why you just delete. not "permanently" delete.
