Is there any shortcut for to view the formulas, such as strg + '#' in
excel 2007

I know that the formulas are visible in the formular bar, but in Office
2007 you can view the formulas in all cells by pressing ctrl + "#" in
2008 you have to click on excel --> preferences and so on, thats 5
clicks instead of one shortcut..
So i'm looking for this shortcut

To show or hide formulas on a sheet, press CONTROL+`(grave accent).

See the Excel Help topic "Print with formulas displayed"
