short memory from outlook with only outlook running ( 1 gig mem)

Just installed active sync for my ipeq (which works in my laptop). outlook
stopped sending and receiving. Then i reinstalled office 2003. Now i still
can not get mail. Keep getting error message:
copy fille Juice_.ttf Error:\zf612707.cab error 1311 source file not found
then reinstalled office professional and now with just outlook running I get
error message when i try to send email that I am out of memory or system
resources. Please help.
