Shortcu to file system in Outlook

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange server. One of my colleagues
asked if it would be possible to add a shortcut to his filing system in
Outlook 2003. I remember that being possible in previous versions (it
was a simple matter of dragging and dropping a folder on the shortcut
bar).

I would appreciate any suggestions.

That feature went away with the release of Outlook 2003.
