Shortcut Bar disappearing

We are running Office XP in our office, and I have a user
who can't get her Shortcut Bar to stay on the screen.
Everytime she reboots, she has to re-open it. We check
the box that asks if you want the shortcut bar to
automatically startup everytime Windows is started, but
it never works. Any suggestions?

Check to make sure that the shortcut bar is not being minimized to the
taskbar. This is very common and easy to do.

Otherwise, copy and paste the shortcut bar icon from the Start Menu ->
Office Folder to the Startup Folder.
