Shortcut Bar has all buttons the same but they refer to diff. products

My office shortcut bar keeps "reseting" itself every time
I power on, and it makes all the shortcut buttons have the
same icon, regardless of which Office product they link
to. I've tried closing it, re-customizing it, even
dragging the programs onto it again (where it says "COPY
OF WORD"), but it only works for that session. When I
power on again, it resets all the tools to the same icon,
and I can't tell which button is which (unless I hover on
it). Any suggestions as to how to fix it? (I'm running
Office 2000).

Right click on teh shortcut bar and select Refresh. If this fixes it for
this session only, please post back.

Have you tried, right-clicking in a vacant area of the OSB and selecting
"refresh icons" ? You'll need to add a space if you don't have any.
