Shortcut Bar Icons

All icons have moved up one position. The excel icon
executes word, powerpoint - excel, outlook - powerpoint,
etc. including the additional files I've added to the
shortcut bar. Any new icons appear black only. Can't
update or change, tried repair. Searched the
knowledgebase.

Did you try right-clicking an open area of the shortcut bar and clicking on
"Refresh"?
