Shortcut Bar in Office 2003 Replacement or Workarounds? Auto Hide?

I REALLY miss it!!

Is there any way to add it as a third party add on or get it back somehow.

The Auto Hide is one of the key's I miss as I would use windows on the
bottom of my screen, and office at the top.

What are others doing to workaround?

One workaround is to place the links on the taskbar. That's what I have
right now. I just have to adjust the taskbar to double height to
accommodate more icons.

Use the QuickLaunch Toolbar. Right-click on the Taskbar. Select
Toolbars and then QuickLaunch.

My bad, did not read earlier threads.
I see now one can install it from Office XP doing a custom install.
But Jet toolbar looks better.
Going to try that for a while.
Comments?????
Thanks to all and further suggestions still appreciated.
