Shortcut bar problem

When I click a program button on my shortcut bar, it takes
approx 30-45 seconds to open. Yet, I can use Start,
Programs, and the program and they open right up. What is
the problem with the Shortcut bar.

It could be corrupt. Try opening any Office Program, select Detect and
Repair from the Help menu.
