We are having a problem with the Office shortcut bar in
that it is slow to respond. If you start Word or Excel
from the programs menu, they come up imediately. If you
click on either one on the shortcut bar, it takes about 15
seconds before they load, which gives people the feeling
that they didn't click on it. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks
