Shortcut bar very very slow since SP4

Hi there, under win2k with sp1 or 2 or 3 the shortcut bar worked properly
(at least quickly), since I install SP4 on my win2k it takes a little over a
minute to launch anything I click from the shortcut bar.

Has anyone else had and fixed this problem?.

any help is appreciated.
