Shortcut Bar

Please bring back the Shortcut Bar!!!!! Outlook 2000 had but in 2007 it is
gone. Bad decision on the part of the developers!

There is still a Shortcut Bar - select the last icon at the bottom/right of
the Folder List - it looks like a shortcut icon.
