Yes, I'm referring to the office shortcut bar with the
buttons to open programs/files.

Can you tell me why I am getting the following error when
attempting to send a Word/Excel document as the body of an
email? Is it because of the different versions of the
programs - 2003 vs. xp?

Word could not load e-mail envelope. This could be
caused by a network connection problem or a problem with
your Office installation.

Do you have Outlook 2003 and Word or Excel 2002?

That's why. There are some features that don't work when using differing
versions of Word/Excel and Outlook. Can you simply attach the file to an
email?

I can always do it the manual way, it's just more
convenient to use the features as they're supposed to
work. Thanks for your help.
