SHORTCUT BAR

Hey,

I have just purshaed office student 2003 and I have it
instaled and activated. Every signle program works but
when I press on the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar nothing
happens!!
Under task manager I can see OSA.EXE running but there is
no Shortcut Bar appearing!! The shortcut is targeted to
OSA.EXE and at the end of the target there is written
...OSA.EX'' -o
Is that right?

HOW CAN I MAKE THE SHORTCUT BAR APPEAR?

There isn't a short-cut bar in 2003.

Er, there's no such thing as an OSB in 2003, dear.

There isn't an OSB in MOS 2003 but these may help--and although MS doesn't
officially recommend it, you could get the shortcut bar from a previous
version as a workaround. See MSKBs below:
