Shortcut Bar?

I have heard of the "Office Shortcut Bar", and that it
wasn't available in newer versions of Office. (But)I have
WinXP, OfficeXP and was "Exploring" through the Program
Files and came across... Microsoft Office] Office 10]
Shortcut Bar]Office... and in that folder, of course are
shortcuts to various Office items. Is there a toolbar
somewhere I can load? (I have tried creating one below in
the "Task bars] New Taskbar etc. which worked ok I guess)

The Office shortcut bar is an optional installation. To see it and use it,
insert your Office CD and go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.
Select to Add components to Office. Navigate to the Office Tools Folder and
select to install the Office Shortcut Bar and okay out.

When you are done, go to Start->Programs->Microsoft Office Tools->Office
Shortcut Bar.
