shortcut bar

I just installed office XP in my Lap Top with win98SE
running.
How do I install the office shortcut bar? I know it comes
with office XP.

I used to have Office XP and the shortcut bar was under Start - programs -
microsoft office - microsoft office tools.

I now have Office 2003 and I can't find the shortcut bar. Anybody know where
it is?

You can't find it, 'cause it ain't there in 2003. Search this newsgroup for
