shortcut bar

I've just switch over to Windows XP Pro and installed Office 2000 on some
machines, Office XP on others. The Microsoft Office Shortcut bar will no
longer open automatically, even though I can do it manually. My first graders
liked it much better when the shortcut bar appeared after logon.
