shortcut bar

Hi,

I would like to know if I can install shortcut bar in the desktop for office
2003. In my older version I was able to do so but after installing the 2003
edition the shortcut bars does not show up in the desktop.

It is not included with Office 2003 since the OS on which it runs offers
similar functions and the OSB causes some incompatibilities.
