Bar is not displayed after you install Office 2000 or Office XP".

I had previously installed Office XP 2002 over Office 2000. Then my hard
drive crashed and I installed the latter without the former, not aware of the
fact that Office XP did not include this valuable feature. I notice that
Office 2003 omits it as well. That is a disservice. We should all have the
choice of this easy way transition. Anyway, I went to the explanatory page
you referenced, inserted my Office 2000 disk and installed the Office Tools
(only) by choosing "Run all from My Computer" as directed. That added the
OSB to MS Office Tools.

The Office Shortcut Bar *IS* included on the Office XP CD, but not on
the Office 2003 CD.
