Anyone have success in using an older version of the Office shortcut bar
with Office 2003? Have found suggestions to install just the shortcut bar
from an earlier version of Office then do a re-install or repair of 2003.
The result would be having a shortcut bar working with 2003. A bit
apprehensive to give it a whirl.

I installed the Office Shortcut bar from Office XP standard to Office 2003
PRO and it works like a charm, Did not have to do any repair or reinstall.
Takes a bit of room on the HDD, and when you do office updates it will want
to update your Word etc, from the older version, just untick and update your
current install.

PRO and it works like a charm, Did not have to do any repair or reinstall.
