shortcut files' visibility in "save as dialog"

There are 4 different shortcut files in windows, shortcut of local disk,
folder, network drive, normal file.
In the office 2000, the shortcut file of local disk ,shortcut file of
network drive and shortcut file of folder are visible in the save as dialog.
But in the office 2003, the shortcut file of network drive can not be
visible in the save as dialog.
I need to make all the network drive shortcut files visible in all the
version of office save as dialog. Could anybody help to fix this issue?
