Shortcut key for Inserting bullets

If you want to make a bulleted list, you can use Ctrl+Shift+L, which applies
the List Bullet style. If you want to insert a bullet at any other point in
a document, you can assign a shortcut key to any character in the Insert |
Symbol dialog; just select the character and click the Shortcut Key...
button.

You can apply the List Bullet style with Ctrl+Shift+L. If this style is not
formatted to your preference, you can modify it. If you want a bullet in the
middle of text (not at the beginning of a bulleted list item), you can
insert a bullet through Insert | Symbol. When you find a bullet you like,
you can select a keyboard shortcut for it through the Symbol dialog (I have
a small round bullet assigned to Ctrl+Shift+B).
