Shortcut Key Won't Work

I am trying to use CRTL-L to DEFINE names. Have used it many times in the
past. This key combo does not seem to work anymore. I checked the
TOOLS>CUSTOMIZE>COMMANDS, and that combo is set for DEFINE.

When I hit CTRL-L, nothing happens.

Any thoughts on a possible fix?

Works fine for me. Have you reassigned this key? Any new software that uses

Seems to be working again. Maybe one of the files I had open was corrupted?
I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks.
