Hello Julie - Welcome to the Mac!

Some of what you seek as well as some other useful info can be found here:

http://word.mvps.org/Mac/Differences.html

Use Help in any application (or (Mac Help in Finder) for more complete,
printable listings of respective keyboard assignments. Usually a search
using the key word "shortcuts" (no quotes) will provide a complete listing -
although it doesn't map to the PC shortcuts.

Many are the "same" except that the Command Key (usually marked  or⌘) = the
PC's Control Key & the Mac's Option Key = the PC's ALT Key.

Oh yes! Zillions of them. And you can roll your own.
Tools » Customize » Customize Keyboard is the way to inspect and modify
the keyboard shortcuts.

Printing them is horribly unintuitive.
If you go to help, search for keyboard shortcuts, the top item in the
list of matches is "Print a list of shortcut keys"
Click on that, and the whole embarrassing recipe will be presented to
you.
It gives me a 16 page list. In alphabetical order of whatever arbitrary
name Microsoft gave to each command. It is a complete dog's breakfast.

Persevere though, because driving Word from the keyboard is incredibly
more productive than fiddling with that rodent thing and cluttering
your work with toolbars, scrollbars and palettes of goobs.

When you get a bit more proficient (you sound like you just got your
first Mac) you might try writing macros and assigning shortcuts to
them.
Also, if you are a true mouseless nutcase, you should also learn the
Mac wide shortcuts for navigating every application's menu bar with the
keyboard. That is extremely useful in Word, particularly when you are
learning, and for commands you use infrequently enough to forget the
shortcut. For example: ^F2 I down PI right F return will get you into
the open dialog for insert picture from file faster than you can find
your mouse.
I changed the ^F2 to ^M (for menu) in System Preferences » keyboard
shortcuts ages ago, turned my caps lock key into another control key
and various other tricks to make my low-mouse operation more efficient
across the whole machine.

Good luck. Welcome. Come back with more questions. I'm supposed to be
writing an article for the MVP web pages on mouse-free Word, but I'm
being slack. Maybe you could motivate me to get it moving again.

Speaking of which:-
http://word.mvps.org/Mac/
is a valuable resource for anyone using Mac Word.
