Shortcut Menu Bar Disappeared

I'm trying to get the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar back
on my desktop and I can't find it. The Help says go to
Start, Programs, Microsoft Office Tools and click
Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar; however, my Programs List
does not have Microsoft Office Tools....it only has
Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc. all listed
separately....I can't find just Microsoft Office Tools
except under programs listed in windows explorer, and
that doesn't allow me to click the shortcut bar.

Help.

What version of Office are you using? Did you install it - it is an
optional installation.

OOPS...I was looking so hard I missed it. I found

If it is Office 2003 it was left out, Does not Exist,
