Shortcut Menu

I wish to display the shortcut menu, but when I select that option in the toolbars control panel, and then close the control panel, the menus disappear. When I check the control panel, the shorcut menu is deselected. Is there work around?

Hi Jerome -

It's unclear what you're actually trying to accomplish. The "shortcut menus"
are the contextual menus that only appear when you Control/Right-Click - you
can't just arbitrarily turn them on to be displayed while working in a
document. The checkbox is solely for the purpose of having it displayed
while in the Customize dialog for the purpose of customizing *it*.
