Shortcut to Calendar keeps disappearing

Hi all,

We're using XP, SP3, Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003.

On one of our users' machine, she can view shared calendars through the "Open a Shared Calendar..." link. However she keeps losing the shortcuts to shared calendars and has to manually reopen them back up.

Anyone has any ideas as to why she keeps losing them?
