After reading some other posts, it seems it is near impossible to "globally"
delete a contact from both the Contacts and and Distribution List(s) that
contact is a member. So, now I am searching for a way to completely delete
said contact the Contacts Folder.
In my Contacts Folder I have over 2000 contacts; I also have a few dozen
Distribution Lists. Some of these contacts are part of a Distribution List.
After deleting a contact, they are still listed in the Distribution List. I
have a few dozen contacts that are in this situation. My question is this:
barring the luck of the "Update" button, is there a method or shortcut to use
the Find function to locate the contacts that must be removed from the
Distribution Lists, rather than opening EVERY Distribution List.
I am anticipating the need to delete several dozen additional contacts in
the future; a shortcut to accomplish this would be incredibly helpful.
Thank you in advance for any and all assistance.WOLLAM
