Shortcut to Forms

Good morning

I've created some Forms in a user's Personal Forms Library
folder. Can I add a shortcut or button to her toolbar so
that instead of having to go to Choose Form, then browsing
to her Personal Forms Library folder, then choosing the
particular Form, she can click on a button to pick either
the Personal Forms Library, or even the particular Form.
