at work we use office 2000 and we are not supposed to greate sbfolders under
the inbox as we only have 25mb of space and also any files saved there are
not supported by the I.T. dept.

we are supposed to save any important emails in my docs as message format.

Is there any way to create a shortcut on the outlook bar or several
shortcuts directly to the folders in my docs so one click will openthem and
we can see the files insidde?

Yes, the Outlook Bar was designed for that. Where do you get stuck with
creating a shortcut for it?

You mean it opens the folder but doesn't list any files?
Could you upload a screenshot to somewhere? Outlook 2000 has been a while
for me ;-)
