OSB installation after being forced into a reformat about 10 days ago
does not operate as in past (started with Office 97).
Prior installations had OSB as a self-standing item consisting of
various icon buttons and could be moved to any location on the display
screen and hidden.
Current situation is limited to a series of adjacent icon buttons at
screen top which function but do not have the flexibility experience
previously.
Installed the OSB after reformat and prior to reinstalling XP SP2. Noted
this odd situation so uninstalled OSB, installed the SP2, reinstalled
Shortcut Toolbar (and remainder of Office 2000).
Any suggestions for fixing the situation and having OSB function as
intended; lo-tech user needs assistance.
